We have also found White Bear Lake to be very pet friendly. We have to license our dog every two years and it is very affordable to do so. In addition, the city believes in recycling and it encourages its 25,000 residents to do so as well. All we have to do is place our recyclables in the correct bin and they are picked up by the Veolia Garbage Service for a nominal fee.

Many of these neighborhoods are either situated along the lakefront or just minutes away from the lake, including the Eagle Shores community and others. The White Bear Lake Real Estate Team were talking about new listings for the month of March (2012), they were down -8 homes to a total of 40. Currently in White Bear Lake homeowners are getting about 93.7% from the original list price of their home which is up from 88.2% last month.
